Ingredientes :
• 250 gr. tomates cereja
• 10 g de margarina
• 30 cl de leite
• 3 c de soupa de farinha
• 3 ovos
• 60 g de queijo ralado
• Sal, pimenta
• Basilic
Preparação:
Lavar e ecorrer os tomates cereja e enxugar-los bem.
Derreter a margarina.
Numa panelinha faça mornar o leite.
Com ajudar de uma colher de varas mexa muito bém a farinha, os ovos, o queijo ralado, a margarina derretida, o leite morno, tempere de sal e pimenta e adicione o basilic.
Misture tudo muito bém para obter uma massa lisa.
Barrar uma forma que possa ira o forno com papel vegetal, barrar igualmente o papel vegetal com margarina e polivilhar com farinha.
Coloque no fundo da forma os tomates partidos ao meio e verta por cima a preparação da massa feita anteriormente.
Leve ao forno a 200°C durante 40 minutos.
Sirva morno.
