Ingredientes :
Massa :
- 125 gr. de açucar
- 75 gr. de manteiga
- 1 ovo
- 250 gr. de farinha
- Manteiga e farinha q.b.
Creme :
- 80 gr. de açucar
- 1 c.(de sopa) de farinha
- 1 ovo
- 3 gemas
- 2,5 dl de leite
- 3 gotas de aroma de abunilha
- 1 manga em fatias
Molho :
- 3 pêssegos
- 2 dl de àgua
- 200gr. de açucar
Decoração :
- chantili de compra e amêndoa picada e torrada q.b.
Preparação :
Unte uma tarteira de fundo amovivel com manteiga e polvilhe-a com farinha.
Ligue o forno a 180°C.
Misture o açucar com a manteiga, o ovo e a farinha e amasse.
Tape com um pano e reserve ao figorifico, por 20 minutos.
Estenda a massa até obter uma espessura fina e forre a tarteira.
Sobreponha papel de aluminio e preencha com leguminosas.
Leve ao forno por 15 minutos.
Retire as leguminosas e a folha de aluminio.
Deixe arrefecer.
Prepare o crème: junte, mexendo sempre, o açucar, a farinha,o ovo e as gemas.
Verta o leite quente e mexa bem.
Leve a lume brando e mexa até engrossar.
Retire, junte a baunilha e deixe arrefecer.
Depois de frio, verta-o na tarteira e cubra com as fatias de manga.
Reserve no figorifico, até ao momento de servir.
Faça o molho : descasque os pêssegos e corte-os em pedaços.
Junte os restantes ingredientes.
Leve ao lume brando, até a fruta cozer e o molho engrossar.
Tirture metade do molho.
Volte a juntar à outra metade.
Sirva-o quente com a tarte.
Decore com chantili e amêndoa.
